The studio was completely renovated in 2020 & refreshed in 2025. Our new Blü Terrace Studio, has 43m² of living space and an exclusive 50m² terrace with a view directly over Kaiser Franz Platz.
A wonderful place to enjoy the sun. Our Blü Terrace Studio has its own fully equipped kitchenette with dishwasher, hob and microwave.
The living room has a stylish dining area, a comfortable sofa bed and, of course, a double bed and a flat-screen TV.
The large bathroom (over 10 m²) has a spacious rain shower. In the anteroom there is a spacious wardrobe with ample storage space for longer stays and a dressing table.
