The BLÜ is located in the centre of Bad Hofgastein and in the heart of a magnificent mountain backdrop. Only a three-minute walk from the Alpentherme Gastein. Located in the heart of Bad Hofgastein, on the Kaiser-Franz-Platz, the Blü is situated in the centre of our beautiful pedestrian zone, which we love and want to keep as car-free as possible. For check-in, therefore, you should not drive in front of the Blü main building but instead stop directly in front of the tree house (address Weißgerbergasse 3, 5630 Bad Hofgastein) when arriving and departing. For the duration of your stay, you can then park in our car park 100 metres away, which our Blü team will be happy to show you upon arrival.

No matter where you are coming from, always take the exit "Kreisverkehr-Nord" in Bad Hofgastein. Continue all the way to the end of Salzburgerstraße and follow the signs to the left across Wasserfallgasse. After 150 metres, turn right over a small bridge and then immediately right again to the check-in car park. The signs will guide you.

Parking situation?
Euro and Intercity trains as well as express and fast trains stop at the Bad Hofgastein and Bad Gastein stations. The nearest car train loading point is in Bischofshofen.
From Bad Hofgastein station you can take bus no. 558 directly to the BLÜ at Kaiser-Franz-Platz (get off at 'Kaiser-Franz-Platz'). The bus leaves every hour at '40, i.e. 8:40, 9:40, etc. The last one leaves the station at 18:40.

We will gladly organise a transfer from the station to the BLÜ in the Gastein valley for you!
If you are visiting us from afar, you will arrive by plane in Salzburg or Munich. We will be happy to arrange a taxi transfer for you to and from the Gastein Valley.
