Everything started with ballet. As a former ballet dancer I know everything about discipline, strength, and gracefulness. I stopped dancing because it didn't serve me and my body anymore. I wanted more! More consciousness, mindfulness and awareness in my physical practice.

I went to India and did both my 200 Hrs & 300 Hrs Yoga Teacher Training in Ashtanga and Advanced Vinyasa Yoga. I've never had so much fun moving my body. Not only has my physical practice changed, my mind has also been transformed. The combination of breathwork and meditation allows me to focus more on my inner world. Body and mind are one. I love a mix of yang and yin, dynamic and relaxing. This style is reflected in my teaching. With me you get IN your power and learn to control it. Physically as well as mentally. Experience your power.

Verena Lainer

Hatha- & Flow-Yoga, Meditation, Pranayama

In Verena's classes, a classic Hatha yoga class or a wonderfully flowing flow yoga class, she focuses on staying with yourself and getting closer to yourself. Verena discovered the love of devotion on a trip to India and would like to convey this to her students in her yoga classes. The aim of the yoga sessions is to strengthen the body through a wide variety of asanas (postures) and pranayama (breathing exercises) and to calm the mind and thoughts. Verena lived in Switzerland for 5 years, where she also completed the 3-year yoga teacher training and taught weekly yoga classes. Now she is back in Austria and lives in the Gasteinertal.
